 The Leadership program is an intergral part of of the Lexington High School Band. The program teaches that Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the orginazation of which they are members.
All students are encouraged to participate in Leadership programs and events through the year. The Lexington Bands believe that all students are leaders, should act as leaders, and should always strive for excellence. Leadership programs include several camps, seminars and meeetings.

- Drum Majors
- Band President
- Band Vice President
- Band Secretary
- Band Librarian
- Band Treasurer
- Squad Leaders
- Section Leaders
- Drill Assistants
